Note - if you need to download .net framework, make sure you get version 1.1, NOT the most recent version 3.5.

There is some kind of glitch with the program not working on all systems, but it worked fine on mine.

When it's installed, just click the icon and it connects you automatically to the right channel. Hurrah!

I down loaded it, but all I get is a black screen that says:
-!- Attempting connection to #efx on irc.mdnet.org.uk:6667

What did I do wrong?

I went to the link that Styles left in the forums and down loaded Microsoft.net.1.1...still doesn't work

LMC, you might need to manually open your port.

At step 8;

8. In the External port and Internal port boxes, type the port number. Generally, this number is the same.

The number is 6667.
